The objective of the Republican Club of Ponte Vedra is to support and espouse the principles of the National, State, and St. Johns County Republican Party.

Our primary purpose is to provide a forum where all Republicans in Ponte Vedra and surrounding areas of St. Johns County can meet, participate and discuss issues which may have an impact on their lives as United States Citizens.  Our secondary purpose is to provide a forum where Republicans can become familiar with their elected representatives and provide their views on incumbent positions and responsibilities to the voter.

A Young Republican ("YR") local Club provides the opportunity for young people who are interested in good government to:

  • Learn about their governmental and political institutions

  • Participate in the political process

  • Perpetuate the two-party system on which our political system is built

  • Become better informed and more involved citizens

  • Through the YR's, they can develop their political knowledge and understanding of the issues of the day, and as citizens become more effective voters and campaign workers. By participating in the local Club, they may assist in selecting candidates for public office and then may elect those candidates by actively helping them in their campaigns.

YR's provides a unique opportunity for an interested young Republican to meet with the decision makers in society and to meet like-minded individuals in their own community and across the nation.

The St. Johns Federated Republican Women Club meets 6:30pm on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Davidson Realty Building World Golf Village located at 100 E. Town Place in St. Augustine.
